This is an Invitational, players must be 18 years and older, not enrolled in high school.  All players must have a GHIN or appropriate handicap, unless if you are playing in Open Championship Flight or playing in the Senior Championship Flight.  

Championship Flights: (First come - First in!)
  • Open Championship Flight: 
    • Open to all players with a 4 hcp or lower
    • 8 or 16 player flight based on entries
    • All seedings to be determined Thursday
  • Senior Championship:
    • Players are the age of 55+ after Aug. 1st, 2026. 
    • ​Open to the first 8 players to sign up and pay
    • All seedings to be determined Thursday
  • ​Super Senior Flight:
    • Open to players 70+ after Aug 1st
    • 8 player flight 
    • Play off the Red Tees
    • Handicapped
  • All Other Players
    • Players will be flighted based on their handicap/GHIN. (No Exceptions)
    • Flights are NOT handicapped.

  • Thursday: August 6th
    • All Day: Practice round for all players (Cart not included)
    • 5:30 pm: Steak Dinner and Pairings Party
  • Friday: August 7th
    • 8:00 am: Senior Championship Bracket and Flight Play
    • Noon - 1:00 pm:  Players Lunch 
    • ​1:30 pm: Championship Bracket and Flight Play
    • 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Happy Hour
    • ​Music by Edgar Gonzalez
  • ​Saturday: August 8th
    • 8:00 am: Championship Bracket and Flight Play
    • Noon - 1:00 pm:  Players Lunch
    • ​1:30 pm Senior Championship Bracket and Flight Play
  • ​​​Sunday: August 9th
    • 8:00 am - 2nd Flight through Super Seniors -Championship & Consolation Matches
    • Noon - 1:00 pm:  Players Lunch 
    • ​1:00 pm for Open, Senior, Director’s and 1st Flight - Championship & Consolation Matches

*Note:  Carts are included for Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's players only.  Due to limited cart availability, requests for single riders or guests may not be accommodated, however, if carts are available the fee will be $14 per round if riding with a player, $30 if renting a cart.  Outside carts are welcome, ACC assumes no liability for lost or damaged personal property.

We encourage players to bring out their RV's for this year's event.  Parking is available on the old tennis courts.  Don't forget to bring your generator!
